How do we help U.S. agencies improve the health of those they serve?

Patty Horoho: I'm retired Lieutenant General Patty Horoho, CEO of OptumServe. I was privileged to have served in the United States Army for more than three decades. During my career, I had the honor of serving as a 43rd US Army Surgeon General and Commander of the US Army Medical Command.
